U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald “Most Dangerous Man”

Share

Ernie Souchak, Editor-in-Chief

Former U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald was right when he said this about Ali Mohamed: “This is the most dangerous man I have ever met. We cannot let this man out on the street.”

However, we believe that, in hindsight, Fitzgerald proved more dangerous than Ali Mohamed.

In-fact, Patrick Fitzgerald may be remembered by history as being a danger to the American way-of-life - depending, of course, on who writes the history of this alarming era.

We hear you thinking, "Why that's nuts!"  Really?

It's not nuts when you take into account the events involving Fitzgerald leading up to 9-11, as those events have been documented by Peter Lance, and others.
                                                               Amazon/Triple Cross

It's not nuts when you examine the chain-of-events set off by Fitzgerald's willing incompetence, and wonder what this era would have been like had he'd done the right thing.

So let's play...What if?

What if Patrick Fitzgerald had had Ali Mohammed arrested - the person he described as "...the most dangerous man I have ever met. We cannot let this man out on the street.”.

Would 9-11 have happened?

Would we have gone to war in Iraq and Afghanistan?

Would we have given up so many of our liberties under the guise of being more secure?

Would our financial institutions and the USD be eroding?

What if Patrick Fitzgerald had not been appointed U.S. Attorney of the Northern Dist. of Illinois?

Would John Chase have been instructed to call Rod Blagojevich and warn him that the feds were recording him?

Would Jesse Jackson, Jr. have been arrested for trying to buy the U.S. Senate seat vacated by Barrack Obama?

Would Barrack Obama have been elected President without the help and protection of U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald?

We agree with Patrick Fitzgerald's assertion that Ali Mohammed was dangerous, and should not have remained a free man.  (Did we ever find out why Mohamed remained free?)

If he had been arrested, would we have children being groped at airports by TSA agents?  Would we have warrantless wiretaps underway, or drones flying overhead?  Would there be American citizens on the President's kill list?

We think there's a good chance all that might not have happened.  And, consequently, we nominate Patrick Fitzgerald as America's "Most Dangerous Man."

To be continued.........

Robert Blagojevich dodged going to prison

Share

Hugo Floriani,  Investigative Reporter

Jesse Jackson Jr. was not the only one saved when John Chase called the Blagojevich camp and warned them that the feds were listening.

Remember, it was Robert Blagojevich that would have been caught on surveillance tapes, meeting with Jackson's money man, Raguveer Nayak.  Chase not only saved Jesse Jackson, Jr. from prison, he also saved Robert Blagojevich.

Hold that thought. We'll come back to it later.

November 21, 2012: Within hours of Jesse Jr's resignation from Congress, Robert Blagojevich expressed his disappointment.  He felt he likely would never be able to clear his own name.

Why is that? you ask.

Well, R. Blagojevich assumed there'd be no ethics committee investigation of Jesse Jackson Jr's attempt to buy the U.S. Senate seat his brother, then Governor Rod  Blagojevich, was selling.

Robert was right.  The DC pols didn't want to investigate that attempted transaction.

However, there's nothing to stop Robert Blagojevich from making his case to the public.

That is, if Robert truly believes his name could be cleared.

Robert Blagojevich has all the FBI wiretap tapes that brother Rod and his attorneys have.

Robert has listened to all the government's wiretaps, and, as of today, he hasn't expressed any disagreement with Chase and Coen's assertion that the contents of the tapes show his brother is guilty.

Furthermore, Robert, Rod, and their respective attorneys have remained silent, while Chicago Tribune reporters Chase and Coen assert that the Blagojevich defense was built on a house of lies.

Remember, the entire Blagojevich entourage was screaming that "the tapes would set them free," if only everyone could hear them.

In their book "Golden," Chase and Coen claim they listened to all the wiretap tapes, and that there is nothing there that suggest Rod or Robert are innocent of attempting to sell a U.S. Senate seat.

So, in a nutshell:

In the past.

The Blagojevich brothers and their attorney's repeatedly professed that proof of their innocence is captured on the government's tapes.  And that, if the public were allowed to hear the tapes, the brothers would be found innocent.

Present day.

(1) John Chase and Jeff Coen claim that the Blago's and their attorney's were lying.

(2) The Blago brothers and their attorneys are not disputing Chase and Coen's claims.

Conclusion:

The Blago's and their attorney's lied about what's on the tapes.

So, what will the Brothers and their attorney's want you to believe next? (coming soon)

Questions:

(1) What was captured on roughly 400 hours of recorded Blago wiretap conversations?

(2) Why can't we hear them?

(3) Why are the Blagojevich's and the U.S. Attorney's Office hiding behind a phony protective order?

Trot out the clowns, they’re already here

Thomas Barton, Political Commentator

ABC 7 News dissed distinguished Illinois State Senator Donne Trotter by announcing his arrest at O’Hare Airport for having tried to take an “unloaded .25-caliber pistol and an ammunition clip containing five bullets in a carry-on bag onto an airplane.

What’s the big deal?

Chicagoans all know, or should, that Trotter is “anti-gun”.  For example,

In 1995, Trotter voted no on narrowly-defeated legislation to allow Illinois residents to carry concealed firearms. Illinois is the only state in the nation where citizens have no concealed carry rights. Two years later, he voted present on a measure that ultimately passed both the Senate and the House that would have reduced the penalty for getting caught with a concealed firearm. That bill died through amendatory veto by then Gov. Jim Edgar.

There’s more. While police sources said that Trotter did have a valid firearms owner’s identification card, (FOID), it listed his Springfield office as his address, in apparent violation of state law requiring the card carrier’s residence be provided. It will be interesting to see if that pistol was registered in Chicago, as required by city ordinance.

Picky, picky, picky.

According to ABC 7 News, “The senator has a FOID card and was licensed to carry the weapon on his job. However, [Asst. State’s Attorney] Scaduto told the court the gun was not registered in the City of Chicago. “ SoWhat’s the problem? Register it now.

Look, all we need is standard retroactive administrative adjustment (SRAA) to square-up Donne with the law.  How hard can that be in the Chicago judicial system?  What - two phone calls hard?

He needs to “carry the weapon on his job” down in Springfield, we’re told.  Of course he does. It’s a lawless place down there.  Shootouts regularly break out in the Capital Building on the floor of the Senate. Gang bangers abound.

So what if Donne wants his piece on an airplaneHe’s not a terrorist – except maybe when it comes to Illinois financesWe won’t talk about that, though. Sorry I mentioned it.

Recall that, once-upon-a-time, Chicago’s early and leading advocate of a strict ban on handguns was none other than First Ward Alderman Fred Roti, who, thanks to the testimony of former mob lawyer turned informant Robert “Bob” Cooley, was revealed to be a member of the Chicago mob. The Outfit doesn’t want average citizens packing either - just its wise guys.

But nobody is accusing Donne of being mobbed-up just because he’s against citizens carrying a weapon, although he does.  He’s special. He’s an important Illinois State Senator, for heaven sakes.  Come on - he needs self-protection.

Donne wants Jesse Jackson Junior’s old congressional job.  Don’t forget, J. J. Jr. is a self-described martial arts expert, making his hands lethal weapons. They let him fly without handcuffing him.

(Although they might have flown him in handcuffs had he not resigned, but that’s another story – only lightly covered by the Chicago media, by the way.)

So let’s give Donne a break.  Stop dissing him!

Haven’t we all had occasion to recall, at the last minute, that we’re packing a piece as we’re about to climb aboard?

Chicagogate: Cover-up Exposed

Reporters John Chase, Jeff Coen, their employer the ChicagoTribune and the U.S. Attorney's Office (USAO) of the Northern District of Illinois are, and have long been, involved in a criminal cover-up.

Chase and Coen have published information they know to be false, both in their newspaper, and in their co-authored, recently-released book entitled Golden.

The spreading of false information is being done with co-operation and guidance from the USAO and Holder’s DoJ.

ILP2P has received information from a credible source suggesting the involvement of members of the U.S. House of Representatives Congressional Oversight Committee in this cover-up.

Furthermore, Rep. Jesse Jackson, Jr.'s recent resignation is an element of thcover-up.
Conveniently, the Ethics Committee will no longer be investigating Jackson’s attempted purchase of Obama's vacated senate seat.

Its time for John Chase, Jeff Coen, Jesse Jackson Jr and Patrick Fitzgerald to answer question.

Time to answer to We the People.

House investigation of Jesse Jackson Jr. may widen

Share

Hugo Floriani, Investigative Reporter

Illinoispaytoplay.com has learned that a second person with knowledge of Jesse Jackson Jr's attempted purchase of a senate seat may be prepared to offer testimony to the U.S House of Representatives Committee on Ethics that person or persons representing Illinois Congressman Jesse Jackson, Jr. approached Blagojevich offering to render the Governor “substantial financial considerations” in exchange for Blagojevich appointing Jackson to the U.S. Senate seat about to be vacated by then President-elect Barack Obama.

In October 2011, Robert Blagojevich, the former governor’s brother, made public his offer to testify before the House Committee on Ethics about conversations between Jackson’s representatives and his brother. To date, Robert Blagojevich has not been publicly involved in any investigation of Jackson conducted by the Committee on Ethics.

Could the possibility of a second person with knowledge of the Jackson party’s approaching Blagojevich to purchase the senate seat be the cause of Congressman Jackson's recently divulged mental illness?

Robert Blagojevich’s can be heard on the WLS radio show Don and Roma stating accusations that the Jackson party's not only approached Blagojevich with the offer to purchase the senate seat, but that witnesses have comfirmed that the general financial offer was made at Jackson's direction.

Issa’s committee investigates Chicago USAO

Share

<BREAKING NEWS>

Ernie Souchak, Editor-in -Chief, Illinois PayToPlay

A confidential source, familiar with the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform chaired by Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA), has informed illinoispaytoplay.com that Issa's committee is conducting a preliminary investigation into the Office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois (USAO) pertaining to USAO leaks to the media that may represent an obstruction of justice.

The source further informs IP2P that the inquiry is focused on claims made within a recently-released book written by two Chicago Tribune reporters. The book states that the authors were given exclusive access to transcripts and tapes of government wiretaps in the case against Rod Blagojevich; and, that sensitive information had been previously leaked from the USAO to the Trib.

According to the book, one of the authors, John Chase, was chosen by his editors to notify Blagojevich that his phone calls were being monitored by federal agents. Chase completed that assignment the night before a scheduled meeting between Blagojevich and someone attempting to purchase a U.S. Senate seat for Cong. Jesse Jackson, Jr. Four days later, FBI agents arrested the then sitting Governor of Illinois at his home.

Obama has a dilemma named Jesse Jackson Jr.

Share

Hugo Floriani, Investigative Reporter

Jesse Jackson, Jr.’s political career is circling the drain, as the thin veneer of his credibility as a lawmaker continues to erode.

The former Co-Chair of the Obama Presidential Campaign in 2008 became entangled in the saga of former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich’s effort to sell the vacated U.S. Senate seat of Obama.

Then, suddenly, he disappeared from the national stage to undergo medical treatment for a mental disorder. (Just a coincidence, of course.)

Now, it’s been reported in the Sun Times that J.J., Jr. is being investigated by the feds for “suspicious activity in the South Shore congressman’s finances related to his House seat and the possibility of inappropriate expenditures”.

The federal “probe” was reportedly active before J.J. Jr. vanished and sought medical treatment.

We’ve all seen these “investigations” before, haven’t we?

(Raise your hand if you think Eric Holders Department of Selective Justice would ever indict J.J., Jr.)

So we know where these “investigations” typically go – down the bottomless rabbit hole.

(And we know where Congressional investigations go, tooe.g. Cong. Charlie Rangel.)

Nevertheless, at Illinois PaytoPlay we’ll watch what happens.

As Obama’s cover story comes down, the curtain goes up on the USAO’s cover-up of J.J., Jr.’s role in the Blago story

Share

Hugo Floriani, Investigative Reporter, Illinois PaytoPlay

Previous Illinois PaytoPlay (IP2P) articles have proposed that the U.S. Attorney’s Office (USAO), once led by former U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald, timed the arrest of former Governor Rod “Blago” Blagojevich in order to prevent persons representing Congressman Jesse Jackson, Jr. from paying a bribe to Blago in exchange for Blago appointing J.J., Jr. as the new U.S. Senator for the seat vacated by recently-elected President Barack Obama.

A recent article in World Net Daily, written by best-selling author Jerome Corsi entitled “Jesse Jackson, Wright 'arranged' Obama marriage,” adds credibility to what IP2P has alleged; namely, that the timing of Blago’s arrest was not motivated by a desire to stop a “crime spree,” but was meant to save J.J., Jr., from being complicit in the crime associated with purchasing a Senate seat.

The primary assertion of Corsi’s article is this:

As a young single woman, Michelle Robinson was a fixture in the home of civil rights leader Jesse Jackson, who along with Rev. Jeremiah Wright arranged her marriage to Barack Obama, according to sources in Chicago who know the couple.

If you want to understand Michelle Obama, you’ve got to go back to Jesse Jackson, a woman called “Robyn” for this article told WND.

Robyn, who spent several years working for Jackson’s Rainbow PUSH Coalition, explained to a WND investigator in Chicago that Michelle Obama just about grew up in Jesse Jackson’s home.

Jesse should have charged her rent and board for the amount of time she spent in his home instead of her own, she said.

This article is the second in a series. In the first installment, Corsi claimed that Obama was part of an “underground subculture in the black community known as Down Low, comprised largely of men who secretly engage in homosexual activity while living straight lives in public.”  Andthat Reverend Jeremiah Wrights church was a facilitation center for this underground subculture.

Putting that assertion aside, the close relationship between Michelle Robinson and the Jackson family adds weight to IP2P’s suggestion that the newly elected President would have taken all necessary steps to protect J.J., Jr., who was not only the Co-Chair of his Presidential Campaign Committee, but also a member of a family with a long and close personal relationship with Michelle Obama.

Then there’s also the possibility that J.J., Jr. would be knowledgeable of Barack Obama’s alleged involvement in the “Down Low” community.

Rev. Jesse Jackson Sr. & Nadhmi Auchi: Mutual Admiration

Share

Jontel Kassidy, Senior Capital Correspondent

In case you missed the news back in October 2010, the Anglo Arab Organisation honored Chicago’s Reverend Jesse Jackson for his role in promoting “peace and justice.”  Here he is being greeted by Nadhmi Auchi, President of the AAO, headquartered in Britain.

The AAO website noted that:

“’We remember how the Americans shunned and did not mix with their black brethrens. But today, the [sic} has a black President,’ said Auchi.  ‘The {sic} plays an important role in different parts of the world along with many countries including [sic}. Just and lasting peace can be achieved, especially between Israelis and Palestinians and in {sic},’ added Auchi.

Edward Davey, British Minister for Employment Relations, Consumer and Postal Affairs, praised Rev. Jackson's struggle for human rights not only in the US but also in the world.
Davey highlighted the British economic policy in his speech, stressing his country would not cease helping poor countries in the world.

Rev. Jackson highlighted some of the stages of his struggle for human rights. He pointed out that among the conditions for achieving peace with the Palestinians was to look after the people, their rights and economic life.

‘It is true that there is globalization, but the truth is we need a globalization of helping workers and the rest of humanity,’ said Rev. Jackson.

Auchi and Rev. Jackson exchanged symbolic gifts at the end of the reception, which was attended by many important British and Arab personalities as well as heads of diplomatic missions and Arab journalists in Britain.”

There’s no indication in the AAO press release at the time that anyone brought up Jackson’s reference once to New York City as “Hymietown”.  In 1984, while speaking with a Washington Post reporter, he called Jews “Hymies” and the Big Apple…well, you know.

A few weeks later, Jackson’s remarks were printed by another WaPo reporter. At first, Jackson denied the accusation; then later he confessed and offered an emotional mea culpa before a largely Jewish audience.

Chicago’s Political Sensei, Congressman Jesse Jackson, Junior

Share

Thomas Barton, Illinois Pay-to-PlayPolitical Commentator

In a recent interview with a reporter from The Daily Caller, Chicago’s own Congressman Jesse Jackson, Jr., displayed his karate sensei-like political skills in offering a clear, novel, and creative suggestion to President Obama on how to get his Jobs’ Bill enacted. (That’s J.J., Jr., above, on the left.)

With a range of verbal dexterity seldom witnessed among contemporary politicians, J.J., Jr. chopped his way through all the fuss and fury surrounding the Obama administration’s failing efforts to get Congress to pass his Jobs Bill.

With the decisive thrust of the agile Karate Master, he defined a solution for the President.  In his interview with Nicholas Ballasy – an apropos last name for a man willing to stand toe-to-toe with J.J., Jr., while representing a non-liberal news outlet – Ballasy listened stone-faced as the Congressman advised the President.

In case you think you might have mistaken what he said, here’s part of it, as reported in The Daily Caller:

“President Obama tends to idealize [suppose he meant idolize?] — and rightfully so —Abraham Lincoln, who looked at states in rebellion and he made a judgment that the government of the United States, while the states are in rebellion, still had an obligation to function,” Jackson told The DC at his Capitol Hill office on Wednesday.

“On several occasions now, we’ve seen … the Congress is in rebellion, determined, as Abraham Lincoln said, to wreck or ruin at all costs. I believe … in the direct hiring of 15 million unemployed Americans at $40,000 a head, some more than $40,000, some less than $40,000 — that’s a $600 billion stimulus. It could be a five-year program. For another $104 billion, we bailout all of the states … for another $100 billion, we bailout all of the cities,” he said.

Jackson added that his $804 billion stimulus plan is the only way to solve the unemployment crisis. “I support the jobs plan. I support the president’s re-election. I support Barack Obama,” he said. “But at this hour, we need a plan that meets the size and scope of the problem to put the American people to work.”

“We’ve got to go further. I support what [Obama] does. Clearly, Republicans are not going to be for it but if the administration can handle administratively what can be done, we should pursue it. And if there are extra-constitutional opportunities that allow the president administratively to put the people to work, he should pursue every single one of them,” Jackson suggested.

He also said that the Presidents solution to the jobs problem is about “one-twentieth” of the problem.  So, if we take, say, $600,000,000,000 as the minimum cost of the President’s Job Bill, and multiply that by 20, we get a J.J., Jr. solution that will cost about – just a second while I get out my jumbo calculator – $12,000,000,000,000, as in twelve trillion dollars.  (Somewhere in China, people are laughing in their noodle soup.)

Although J.J., Jr. didn’t have time to define the work these 15 million unemployed Americans would be doing to earn their incomes from the Federal Government, doubtless some would be engaged in: voter registration campaigns among heavily disenfranchised communities – like his, of course; changing light bulbs in every American’s home in order to dispense with the incandescent bulb and substitute a G.E. florescent unit Make in China;  picketing outside the homes of Tea Party members and persons identified as rich Republicans; and, as the ’12 general election approaches, serving as audience extras for enthusiastic Obama Rallies For Victory.

Only a political sensei like J.J., Junior would think to equate Congressional Republicans with the Confederate States of America of the Civil War era, and compare Republican (and some Democrat) opposition to Obama as a Rebellion. The linkage is, well…pure brilliance.

And, to complete the analogy, J.J., Jr. suggests that Obama declare a national emergency, suspend the U.S. Constitution, and simply dictate policy.  (Hey, it worked for King George III and even Der Fuehrer, for awhile anyway.)

Let’s see if the editorial page of the Sun Times, or the Tribune, endorses J.J., Jr.’s solutions. 50-50 odds.
